  • SECRETARY MERRILL: FINAL DAYS TO CHANGE REGISTRATION FOR AUGUST PRIMARY ELECTION

    • May 14th deadline to change party enrollment in order to vote in “new” party’s primary

    • May 14th is the last day that voters can change their party enrollment for the 2018 statewide primary, which can easily be done online at http://myvote.ct.gov/register

    • Voters can check their party and registration status at: http://myvote.ct.gov/lookup

  • Changes to Polling Locations Effective Immediately

  • If you have moved within town, your Polling Place may have changed. Please notify the Registrars of Voters if you have moved so that your records can be updated

  • To register to vote online or to make changes to your voter registration card (name, address, party etc.), please visit voterregistration.ct.gov and follow the prompts. You will need a valid Connecticut Driver’s license or may use the last four digits of your Social Security number

  • EDR (Election Day Registration) allows unregistered people who qualify, to register and vote on Election Day.  This process will take place at Town Hall under the direction of the registrars

  • Absentee ballots and applications may be obtained in the Town Clerk’s office in Town Hall. Polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. on November 7th. If you have any further questions please call the Registrars of Voters at 860-871-3634.
